01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7d ("7d", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 7d platform at 7d-7d.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the 7d platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and use of the 7d mobile app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7d platform.

7d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 02 Eligibility

To register and play on 7d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing on 7d.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7d or any of its affiliated companies.

7d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, 7d may suspend or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 7d. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

When registering on 7d, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7d account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 7d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. • Account registration on 7d is free of charge.
• You must use your real name — nicknames or aliases are not accepted for verification purposes.
• One account per household, device, and IP address is the standard limit.
• 7d may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

7d supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on 7d is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits on 7d are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact 7d support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. The name on your 7d account must exactly match the name registered on your payment account. Third-party withdrawals — where funds are sent to an account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Processing time: Most withdrawals via bKash or Nagad are completed within 1–6 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal fees: 7d does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Pending withdrawals: 7d may place a short review period on withdrawals above ৳50,000 for security verification.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

7d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on 7d, you agree to the applicable terms.

The standard welcome bonus on 7d is a 200% match on your first deposit. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will result in a bonus of ৳2,000, giving you a total playing balance of ৳3,000. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and can be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address.

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

• Maximum bet with bonus: While playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per round is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse: 7d monitors bonus usage. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7d platform use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by the player, 7d, or any third party. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 7d will attempt to resolve the round based on server-side records. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. 7d's decision on the outcome of any disputed round is final.

• Players must not use any software, script, or tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• 7d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 7d. These limits are displayed within each game interface.

07 Responsible Gaming

7d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, 7d encourages you to use the available tools or contact the support team directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time.
• Session reminders: Configure time alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the 7d platform. Minimum exclusion period is 30 days.
• Reality check: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your net gaming activity during a session.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

7d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated play, matched betting, or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 7d without prior contact with support.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

09 Privacy and Data

7d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on 7d, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, gameplay, and payment processing.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes that have been corrected in accordance with these Terms.

7d makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 7d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

• 7d is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• 7d is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• The maximum liability of 7d to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

7d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 7d will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
